Post 5: Changes to my study programme

  One of the things I enjoy discussing is what I would change about my university, specifically in my major. First of all, I notice a lack of essential resources and study materials. Many times, it is the professors themselves who purchase and provide these materials, which reflects a precarious situation on the part of the university. This is also evident in the infrastructure of our educational facilities. Despite the fact that our major covers various areas of music, I feel there is room to expand the focus towards composition and the creation of popular genres. This would help us develop our ideas and compose our own songs. It would also be beneficial to receive instruction on music production and make better use of available technological tools. Regarding the practical workshops, where we have the opportunity to play and create, I believe they are not sufficient. It would be enriching to have more performances, as well as more time dedicated to rehearsing and improving our reper

POST 4: Time travel to the Future or Past

 If I have to choose, the future or the past, I would never think twice, I would always choose the past, why? the answer for me is very easy, I don´t think that in the past the world was better, but there was so many things that don´t exist anymore, I think if I have a time machine the first thing that I would do It´s to go to a the rooftop The Beatles concert because It was historic, also I would go to many concerts of bands that don´t exist anymore like Led Zeppelin or The Doors, I would also try to meet famous people that died like Zalo Reyes or Michael Jackson, but It is difficult to me to think about that, because the people always think of the future or get sad about the past, and It happen to me too, anyways I prefer to live in my time, because I don´t think that It´s destiny but somehow I born in this time and It have to be for something. A few months ago I see a movie that talk about that It is called "Midnight in Paris" It is a very good movie, very beautiful to see

Post 3: My future job

 As a music student, is very difficult to think about a future job, I don´t see it clearly and many things can happen in the way but there are two options, the good and the bad, the good would be to work in my home composing music very chill, for movies, TV, theater, audiovisuals things at all, or for others artists, but it is difficult to get that job, the bad option is not bad for the job, is bad because it´s not my dream, that is to be a school teacher, if this option came to reality I would like to go to the south of Chile, Valdivia, Concepción, Chiloé, or any beautiful place that have cold weather. Other option that could be good would be to play guitar in some band and travel around the world, but again, it is very difficult to do, I just have to be lucky, and I am not a lucky person. Sometimes I wish that I could be in the university all my life so I don´t have to be in the uncertainty of get a job and make money and all that adults things, but that´s life and someday I´m gonna

Post 2: The best concert ever

  The best concert that I have seen was the C Tangana concert in the Movistar Arena, It was the 11/29 of 2022, I went to the concert with my friend Camilo but we seat in different place so I see this alone, despite that the concert was amazing, he has an incredible scenography and a lot of musicians, he played the entire "El Madrileño" album that is one of my favorites albums of all life. Also I am very proud of this concert because i buy my self the ticket with the money that I made selling cocadas. Musically the show was amazing every song sound so good and had so many different styles of music like flamenco, bachata, trap, and a big etc. A big moment of the concert was when he singed "Sabor a mí" it was a very beautiful version of the song and very emotional. I think that I dont have more words to say of this concert, it was so great and life changing.

 Post 1: A country I would like to visit I have a very difficult task thinking on what country i would like to visit but after a long time i think that it would be nice to go to United States, specially New York, why? is very simple, I feel like there is everything happening at every moment, there are the Times Square, the Central Park, that are iconic places of the pop culture and they appear en so many movies. If someday I visit New York i would also go to see a Broadway musical because I like the theater, I would also go to a skyscraper to see all the city it would be awesome, also there is the Statue of Liberty that is a iconic place to visit. But honestly I don know if I would stay there, although is nice that so much things happens there i think that I could feel overwhelmed, so I only could stay a week or two there and come back to my home in Chile.
